We support open dialogue to help improve communication and understanding between partners. We carefully address misunderstandings and emotional disconnects to rebuild a foundation of trust.
Group Support / Thematic Workshops
Sessions for those interested in shared themes (e.g., self-understanding, resilience, cross-cultural adjustment), fostering awareness and connection in a safe environment. Currently held irregularly – please inquire if you have a preferred theme.
Mental Health Support
We help identify and manage psychological distress such as stress, anxiety, and low mood at an early stage, preventing worsening symptoms and promoting emotional balance. We also emphasize regular self-checks and mind-body care focusing on the autonomic nervous system.
Problem-Solving & Decision Support
For specific issues (e.g., workplace concerns, career choices, relationship conflicts), we use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused methods to support practical and positive decision-making.
Self-Exploration & Development
"Who am I?" "How do I want to live?"—Through deep self-exploration, we help you better understand yourself and move toward inner growth and self-acceptance. We support you in reclaiming your sense of self during life transitions or times of uncertainty.
Cross-Cultural & Life Transition Support
We address discomfort from sudden life changes abroad, cultural stress, and identity challenges. We help those living across cultures to live authentically and comfortably.
Psychoeducation / Workshops
Gentle, accessible sessions on topics such as the Polyvagal Theory, how the brain works, and emotional regulation. We value the power of knowledge in fostering resilience and emotional balance. These topics can also be included in individual sessions upon request.
